■ Description:
The Yamaha professional model YTR-6335MV is a renowned instrument, known to those in the know, supervised by jazz trumpeter Mike Vax. This model is based on Yamaha's flagship Xeno (8335 series), inheriting its high rigidity and reliability while incorporating unique customizations.
Its most notable feature is the Bell Inner GP specification, which has a gold-plated inner surface on a lighter weight bell than the standard Xeno. This results in exceptionally clear articulation and a brilliant, gorgeous tone with excellent projection. Despite having an ML bore, the dedicated main tuning slide and a single brace allow for effortless high notes and a comfortable resistance. This is a highly versatile instrument suitable for a wide range of genres, from orchestras to lead playing in big bands.
