This is a set product consisting of the Magician of Time (early Secret Rare card, ARS Graded 10+) from PREMIUM PACK 1 (issued in 1999) and the Certificate of Authenticity (issued by ARS) proving the ARS Grade 10+.
Honestly, I believe that a Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG early Secret Rare Magician of Time in near-perfect condition is a very rare and highly valuable card to appear on the market.
Therefore, the selling price has been set to reflect its value, and I appreciate your understanding.

[Product Condition]
From a personal perspective, I believe the card is in near-perfect condition with no noticeable scratches on either the front or back.
Given that it is ARS Graded 10+, the product condition has been set to New.

(I pulled this card directly from a Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG PREMIUM PACK 1 pack myself in 1999, immediately stored it in double sleeves, and kept it untouched until submitting it for ARS grading. Therefore, it is indeed an unused item.)
