These are Titleist rain pants. I purchased them new but have kept them unused.
The knee area is mesh with a ventilation system that can be opened through slits. They also have drawcords.
There are zippers on the hem with slits, making them easy to put on and take off.
The material is very light and the design is stylish, so if you don't mind the logo, you might even be able to use them for commuting. The size of these pants, measured by an amateur, is approximately 74cm waist (it's elastic, so it will stretch a bit) and 80cm inseam when laid flat.

Please note that the pants will be folded compactly for shipping.
