Goodbye EF58 Electric Locomotive Tie Clip

I understand this was created over 10 years ago as a commemorative item for the retirement of the EF58 locomotive, intended for people involved with the railway. I've been told that great attention to detail was paid, even to areas near the wheels. I believe the craftsmanship is of a very high standard. Furthermore, as it was likely not sold on the market, I believe it is a very rare item. The inscription Sayonara EF58 Electric Locomotive, Shizuoka Depot is engraved on the back.
Additionally, the brown color (7th photo) reproduces the Hitachi manufacturer's mark, and the blue color (9th photo) reproduces the Mitsubishi manufacturer's mark.
It has never been used and was stored in plastic, so the case cover (paper) shows no signs of yellowing. I am listing it as I will not be using it in the future. Please note that there are age-related stains on the fabric of the backing board shown in the 3rd photo. Thank you for your understanding.
