Junk ASUS VivoMini VC65R CPU fan malfunctioning, etc.

This is a bundle including an ASUS barebones PC (Model: VC65R-G052M), a 128GB SSD, and two 8GB RAM modules.
The CPU is an Intel Core i5-6400T 2.20GHz.
This item is being sold as-is (junk), so please read the following description carefully until the end.

Included items are as follows:
- Barebones PC unit, power cord
  The PC itself was purchased new about 8 years ago.
- Manual, driver CD
- S-ATA cable
  One cable is already connected to the unit, and the other is unused.
- VESA mount parts
  Plate and 6 screws.
- SSD 128GB
  crucial CT128MX100SSD1. Purchase date unknown.
- 2 x 8GB RAM modules
  Transcend brand.
- Windows 10 Home license
  The unit is licensed for Windows 10 Home. If you reinstall the OS without significantly altering the hardware configuration, the license should activate automatically. Installation media is not included; please create an installation USB from Microsoft's website for reinstallation.
  ★The entire disk will be erased before handover, so the buyer will need to reinstall the OS.

[Description of Junk Condition]
The PC boots into Windows 10, and video/audio output via HDMI and internet connection via wired LAN have been confirmed. However, the following issues exist:

1. CPU cooler is malfunctioning.
When the PC is started during colder months (approximately November to April), the CPU fan makes a brrrrooooom noise for about the first 3 minutes. After about 3 minutes, it becomes quiet. Currently, in an environment with a temperature of 30°C (in July 2025), no unusual noise occurs during startup. The CPU fan has been cleaned with compressed air and a vacuum cleaner.

2. Power button LED is slightly dim.
The LED light on the power button illuminates during startup, but its brightness is noticeably dimmer compared to when it was new.

3. M.2 Wi-Fi module is faulty.
The two wires for the M.2 Wi-Fi module are cut (see image 5). Windows 10 recognizes the Wi-Fi module, but it cannot connect to the wireless router. It is unclear whether the connections need to be re-established or if the M.2 card needs to be replaced.
