This is an item from Ultraman Tiga called the Spark Lens. This item is a toy product (made of plastic) from Bandai's Ultra Brothers Transformation Item Set series. This version of the Spark Lens has electronic gimmicks, but it does not have a built-in light, so when you press the button, only the transformation sound will play without any light. Please be aware of this in advance. As this is a used item, there are scuffs, scratches, and paint peeling due to age or personal storage.
