imarku Japanese Chef Knife-Pro Kitchen Knife 8 Inch. Brand: imarku. Type Of Knife: Chef Knife. Handle Color: I believe it's called (red brown). Size: 8 Inch Blade but when I measure it's actually 7.5. Condition: In good used shape. Aunt bought it for me and she insisted I try it out when I made dinner- I'm more of a Cutco knife person- though this knife did cut very well and was easy to hold onto especially when cutting carrots, cabbage and onions. Blade does have watermarks, some lines, scratches and scuffs but nothing out of the ordinary for a kitchen item.  *High-carbon stainless steel blade: It is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel that maintains its functionality for a long time.
