This is the final harvest from the field.
We sell many varieties, but as this is the last one, Summer King will likely be the last citrus you eat this season.
We will deliver unselected fruit, primarily size L (10cm), without wax or preservatives, and they are relatively beautiful.
Summer King is a hybrid of Hassaku and Natsumikan, and is rare; we believe it is not generally sold to the public.
Every year, it is specially ordered for its delicious juice, both for fresh consumption and for juice.
Because we sell very little fresh fruit, it is not generally available for sale.
We only sell it when we have a large harvest, so we ask for your understanding and consent.

The flesh is delicious even when added to salads, and the peel is perfect for processing into peel, marmalade, or jam.

As these are grown with ultra-low pesticide cultivation, there will be individual differences in tree location, fruit position, etc. Please understand that some fruits may have slightly imperfect appearances before purchasing.

The taste, with its balance of sweetness and acidity, is as delicious as in previous years.
Some fruits may still have a noticeable acidity as the acidity has not yet mellowed, but the acidity will disappear over time.
Unlike other citrus fruits, they are not soft and may feel slightly firm.
