85.80 $
Description
Iwate Prefecture Produced, 2025 Harvest, Milky Queen Brown Rice, 20kg, Inspected First-Class Rice, Taste Rank Special A
★ Shipping will be done by attaching the shipping label directly to the rice bag (if you wish to have it shipped in a cardboard box, please comment before purchasing as the price will change).
★ Since this is brown rice, if you plan to eat it as white rice, we recommend using a coin-operated rice mill to polish about 5-10kg at a time.
The low amylose variety Milky Queen has a lower amylose content than Koshihikari, resulting in a strong stickiness and resistance to hardening even when cold. When cooked, it has a moist texture with a white, glossy appearance.
★ When cooking, we recommend reducing the amount of water by 10% or more.
*We are rice farmers. Agricultural product inspection and taste inspection completed.
