Mattress only, no frame included.

Purchased new at a furniture store about 3 years ago.
Still in good condition, but selling due to a change in size requirements.
There is some minor wear from normal use, but as a bed cover and mattress pad were always used, there is no damage beyond normal aging.
The manufacturer's logo sticker is scuffed from friction with the bed frame, but this does not affect functionality.
