We are a renovation company.
These tools were stored in our warehouse as board opening tools for construction, but we no longer need them, so we are selling them.
I believe I purchased them over 10 years ago, but I don't remember the exact details.
I recall using the bi-metal cutter only once (when I first bought it).
I estimate I used the adjustable drill bit about 10 times over 10 years.
They were only used for opening boards.
I have no memory of using them in the last few years.
