This copper grater is an antibacterial product made by tin-plating copper, an antibacterial metal, and then sharpening the blades.
It has a pleasant texture and further enhances the natural flavor of vegetables.
The reverse side (fine grating) is excellent for finely grating condiments like wasabi and ginger.
There is a mark, but I do not know what brand it is.
