Blue Gigantea or Albert de Lestang H Tropical Water Lily Water Lily

Overwintered rhizomes managed in an outdoor water basin.

These are either tropical water lily *Anecphya* subgenus:
- Blue Gigantea
- Gigantea Albert de Lestang

They got mixed up during management, so I'm unsure which is which.

Please only consider purchasing if you are okay with either variety.

Photo 1 shows a blooming example; photos 2 and 3 show the item for sale.

- Blue Gigantea: Deep blue flowers, very showy. It's breathtaking when it blooms.
- Gigantea Albert de Lestang: White flowers, lime green leaves. Even I, who can only prepare a pot with 40cm of water depth and am not a skilled grower, can get it to bloom reliably. I understand why some describe it as an introductory species for the *Anecphya* subgenus.

For both, the overwintering rate of the rhizomes is higher than common varieties in my experience.

They will be wrapped in paper towels, placed in a freezer bag, and shipped via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
As these are grown outdoors, please expect the presence of algae and snails.
