Smart Garage Kit - New, with defects

This Smart Garage Kit is compatible with almost all garages and includes standard parts and optional items.

- Kit Name: Smart Garage Kit
- Compatible Garages: Compatible with almost all garages
- Included Items: Standard kit and optional items
- Replacement Parts: Mounting screws, bracket (pinion gear side)
- Condition: New, with a caveat

I purchased this kit believing it would be compatible, but it turned out to be an older model and I couldn't install it, so I am selling it. There are some minor scratches from attempted installation, but they do not affect its use.
Several replacement/purchased parts are included. These can be obtained from the manufacturer or a home improvement store. The total cost for all replacement parts, if purchased new, is estimated to be around a few thousand yen. (The manufacturer has a price list available for confirmation.)
The replacement parts are for installation; the motor itself is new and has never been powered on.
Due to the inclusion of replacement parts, this item is offered at a great value.
Once installed, it allows for automatic opening and closing of your garage door.
