This piece deviates from the typical construction of the series, which features a spiral bamboo structure with washi paper and wire tension. Instead, it has a unique form resembling a paper envelope simply placed over a wire frame.
Its distinctive shape, reminiscent of ancient ritualistic practices with the paper envelope flaring out at the base, makes it stand out within the series.
It features a three-legged base that fans out radially.
The angle of the legs and the angle of the draped paper envelope create a exquisite balance.
