Description
This is a French antique lamp. I purchased it about 20 years ago from a shop run by someone living in France who had an antique shop in Japan. They managed the shop while traveling between Japan and France. I've kept it at home since then. The shop is now closed. It was a wonderful shop! I also collected lampshades for a while. Good antique lampshades are becoming harder to find these days. The embossed pattern is lovely! It shows iridescent colors depending on the angle. The lampshade is white, so I think it will match any room! There is a small chip in one part, but it's hidden by the metal fittings, so I don't think it's a problem. I've priced it accordingly. As it is an old item, there are some scuffs and stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. Thank you for your understanding. I apologize for any oversights.
