Soundproof room Yamaha Abiteks 1.2 tatami mat type AWA3012H Dr-30

------ Important Notes ------
- Please arrange and bear the costs for dismantling, transportation, and installation yourself.
- The unit will be moved out from the 2nd floor of a detached house in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. (Transportation costs within the Tokyo metropolitan area are estimated to be around 80,000 to 100,000 yen, but please obtain a quote from a moving company for details.)
- There are signs of normal use such as small pinholes, minor scratches, and dirt, but these should not affect soundproofing. Please consider this as a used item.
- There is a hole approximately 3cm in diameter for wiring (please refer to the photo). When I used it, I filled the hole with putty for piping, and I did not notice any sound leakage or intrusion from the hole, but please consider this before purchasing.
- Ventilation fan, electrical outlets, lighting, and door operation are all in working order.
- No smoking (cigarettes or e-cigarettes) or pets were present.
- Due to the nature of the product, returns cannot be accepted after it has been moved out. Please confirm the dimensions of your installation space and obtain permission from your building management company, etc.
- We are not in a hurry to sell, so we regret that we cannot accommodate price reduction requests from buyers. Please consider the listed price.
