This is a Mitsubishi Electric intake/exhaust grille (P-13GEF).
I had planned to install it during a DIY project at home two years ago, but it was stored without being installed.
Since I have no plans to use it in the future, I am listing it for sale.

This is a grille for ventilation fans that can be installed on ceilings or walls.
The main specifications are as follows:
