◎ Recommended Kanwa-sen bathing method from hot spring resorts
We recommend the layered bathing method!
It is said that poor blood circulation and lowered body temperature are one of the causes of various ailments such as pain, skin problems, and cold sensitivity.
Hot spring bathing has a wisdom called layered bathing, where you sequentially enter waters of different spring qualities to further enhance the warming effect.
At Kanwa-sen, we incorporate this method and recommend a bathing method that involves rotating through 3 types of waters daily.
Warming the body is fundamental to health.
Please enjoy your daily bath while experiencing relief from your concerns through layered bathing.
