Purchased about 10 years ago at a vintage clothing store in Tokyo.
The store owner said it was a very rare piece made of silver and copper gradient beads from the region, and I enjoyed wearing it!
I would love to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
Navajo pearls are born from the silverwork of the Navajo, a Native American tribe, and are called Navajo pearls because their finished appearance is as beautiful as pearls.
These are a special trapezoidal shape, unlike regular Navajo pearls. They are hollow beads, making them surprisingly lightweight despite their substantial appearance, and the elegant shine of the silver is captivating.
The size is 75cm when laid flat.
The Navajo pearls themselves are approximately 5-6mm in diameter.
