I have used this item twice since purchasing it. There are no noticeable scratches, but as it is not new, there are signs of use on the inside bottom. Please understand this before purchasing.

1. This is an IH-compatible fish and mochi grill, but it is only compatible with 200V IH cooking heaters (not compatible with 100V IH or tabletop induction cookers) and gas stoves (not compatible with portable cassette stoves).
2. 100V IH: Since 100V IH is typically a tabletop induction cooker, it may damage the cooktop or tabletop due to radiant heat, so it is not allowed for use.
