Outer and inner races are made of stainless steel, and the balls are made of silicon nitride.
Features heat resistance, strength, shock resistance, and high-precision balls.

The HXR retainer is several levels superior in strength, heat resistance, shock resistance, and durability.
Furthermore, the retainer is unaffected by solvents such as oil and thinner.
This allows for a wide range of applications, including dry use and saltwater (oil recommended).
Even with oil, the responsiveness is maintained, allowing for very light casting.
HXR Rust-Resistant Structure: Outer Race - Rusts, Inner Race - Rusts, Balls - Rust-Resistant, Retainer - Rust-Resistant.
Improves casting fatigue and controllability for a more comfortable lure fishing experience with this tuned bearing.

Oil-less: Low noise, high rotation, reduced winding resistance.
With low-viscosity oil: Reduced noise, medium rotation, slightly reduced winding resistance.
With genuine manufacturer oil: Medium rotation, durability several levels higher than our HX. Can be used in saltwater, but rust and salt damage countermeasures are necessary.
Heavy lures: Oil-less.
Medium lures: Oil-less.
Lightweight lures: Oil-less.
Casting distance: Increased for many users (individual differences may apply). Enables casting of lightweight lures.
