The transmitter units (microphones) include two handheld types and two lavalier (clip-on) types.

There is one receiver unit (capable of up to 2 channels), so while combinations are flexible, only two microphones can be used simultaneously.

By adding more receivers, up to four microphones can be used simultaneously. (With a total of four units, up to 8 channels can be used simultaneously.)
