The size is US 5.5, and they fit like approximately 24-24.5cm.
(My bare foot size is 23.8cm, and they fit with a slight room when wearing regular socks like those from Uniqlo.)

US 5.5 with a PT91 print tag is rare.
Especially in this good condition, they are not often listed.
