This is a pre-tied obi (tsukuri obi) in the fukuro obi style, featuring a modern pattern on a metallic thread fabric.
It's a two-piece design, separated into the hanhaba (half-width) and otaiko (drum-shaped back panel). The otaiko is shaped using a padded insert.
The otaiko has ample fabric, allowing you to adjust it to your preferred size.
It is in beautiful condition.
