This is an indoor agility ladder perfect for agility training to enhance footwork, body balance, and quickness.
It features a non-slip surface on the underside of the straps and suction cups at the four ends of the straps, preventing slippage even in gymnasiums. Unlike plastic ladders, it won't cause basketballs to bounce when dribbling.
It was very helpful for training that synchronizes the upper and lower body.
The spacing between the rungs can be finely adjusted.
