Both pieces are crafted from high quality thick aluminum designed for even heat distribution and long lasting durability in the kitchen.  The No 818 dome lid includes the classic functional sliding metal vent mechanism on top to easily control steam release or moisture retention during cooking.  The No 825 bottom pan offers a deep capacity making it ideal for roasting large meats poultry or holiday meals.
