This is a woodblock print replica of Sumida River's Waterwheel from Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji.
Supervised by the Tokyo National Museum.
It is marked Hanmoto Bijutsusha on the back, so it is believed to be an official souvenir from the museum.
The seller purchased it previously from an antique dealer.
Having enjoyed it sufficiently, I am listing it as part of decluttering.
The frame is a simple wooden one. It has some minor scratches.
The print itself has yellowed with age.
The scene, centered around the waterwheel, is vividly depicted with people gathered around.
