Made by SAKAE, a long-established Japanese manufacturer.
This is a marching bass drum.
It is believed to have been manufactured in the early to mid-1990s.
It has been stored in a dark room and has never been taken outdoors.
It is suitable for wind ensembles, marching bands, drum and bugle corps, as well as live performances and collections.
It has a solid construction typical of Japanese-made products, with a vintage feel not found in current models.
